  1. Oscar Broker Portal account – The Oscar Broker Portal (business.hioscar.com) is where you’ll get appointed to sell Cigna + Oscar products.
  2. Proof of E&O coverage – You will upload this to your Oscar Broker Portal account as part of the appointment process.
  3. Producer agreement – You will review and e-sign this agreement in their Oscar Broker Portal account as part of the appointment process.
  4. Cigna appointment – Brokers must hold an appointment with Cigna in any state you plan to sell Cigna + Oscar products in. This process will send your request to Cigna if one is not on file.
  5. Evite Packet– Be on the lookout for a Cigna Evite packet from producerexpress@sircon.com that requires completion.
