On demand doctor house calls for CA SG PPO members in select CA Counties Anthem now provides on-demand doctor house calls as a covered benefit for California members in Small Group full-network PPO plans (as of January 1, 2017) and in all Select PPO plans (as of April 15, 2017). HEAL is available in select counties: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. HEAL should be available statewide by Q4.
