SBG Medical Rates effective 4/1/18 through 6/30/18.
Second-quarter 2018 Non-Grandfathered plans will have a rate pass for PPO & EnhancedCare PPO plans
and -2.2% for HMO & HSP plans.
Renewing groups with PPO & EnhancedCare plans will enjoy a lower overall renewal rate for 2018 with their cumulative rate changes for this year based on a three-quarter average rather than four. And, all new business sold during April – June will receive January rates.
