Ancillary Rate Changes:

  • VSP Rates will no longer be based on group size for new and renewing groups; rates for all groups will be the current rates for the 5+ group size at the following monthly costs:

  • Sharp Silver HMO A retroactive change to 1/1/2018 effective dates Deductible reduced from $2,600/$5,200 to $2,100/$4,200 retro
  • Sharp Bronze HMO A retroactive change to 1/1/2018 effective dates Specialist & Urgent Care copays reduced from $100 to $75 copay/visit
  • Effective 7/1/2018 Sharp Gold HMO C will be discontinued for new groups and at renewal for existing groups
  • New Sharp Gold HMO D will be available to new and renewing groups effective 7/1/2018
