Broker bonus program
Keep the momentum going to earn a Small Group bonus from Aetna®. Brokers can earn up to $50 per enrolled employee in 2022.
Annual accumulation is based on total enrolled employees through 2022 effective dates determines bonus level. You can increase bonus level with additional credit for employees enrolled in Aetna Whole HealthSM products.

Underwriting promotions extended through March 15, 2023, effective dates
- DE9C not required with five or more subscribers enrolling for groups with current coverage.
- Groups with 5-100 eligible employees can meet a 25 percent participation when enrolling five or more.
What’s new
Bundle up and save more with Small Group
New and renewing groups get a premium credit when you offer dental to your medical plan.
**Only available in state of California. Credit is only applied once and will appear on the third invoice from the group’s effective date.

Renewals

Confirmation of renewal
- Confirmation by the employer via letter or email to the account executive team and receive prior to their renewal date
- Premium payment also acts as confirmation
- Renewal plan changes must be received 10 days prior to a group’s renewal
