Blue Shield Trio HMO Network Grows In Orange County With Memorialcare

Blue Shield announces, effective April 1, 2021, MemorialCare has added medical groups and hospitals to the growing Trio HMO network in Orange County. This applies to all lines of business that offer Trio HMO.

MemorialCare adds MemorialCare Medical Group Saddleback, MemorialCare Medical Group, and Edinger Medical Group. Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center hospitals have also been added to the Trio HMO network.

MemorialCare affiliated physicians are locally and nationally recognized in their area of expertise. The expansion of MemorialCare in Orange County adds 126 additional physicians to the Trio HMO network.

Trio HMO has been Blue Shield’s fastest growing plan and is focused on delivering choice, coordinated care, and affordability.
