CaliforniaChoice, on behalf of UnitedHealthcare, is providing support to their customers during this unprecedented pandemic by electing to forgive a percentage of the UnitedHealthcare premium on the group’s August 2020 billing invoice.
This COVID-19 related premium forgiveness provides a one-time 10 percent credit on UnitedHealthcare premium to be applied to the group’s August 2020 CaliforniaChoice invoice for existing customers.
Note:
• Premium credit applies to UnitedHealthcare premium only.
• New groups effective August 1, 2020, or later will not qualify.
• This 10 percent premium credit will affect the broker’s August 2020 commission.
• Groups will receive notification inserted in their August 2020 invoices.
