Two Bonus Opportunities with Covered California for Small Business
Earn up to $8,000 for enrolling a new small group with CCSB for Oct. 1, 2018 – Jan 1, 2019 effective dates.
CCSB bonus earned is based upon group size:

And for groups with 50+ full time employees earn an additional bonus per enrolled Kaiser Permanente member.
Earn a bonus from Kaiser Permanente of $50 per enrolled KP member on new CCSB groups with 50+ full time employees. This bonus program applies for groups with effective dates between July 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019.
Dual Bonus Example – New group enrolled with CCSB for 11/1/2018 with 60 full-time employees:
- 55 employees enroll with CCSB – earn $8,000 from CCSB
- 35 enrolled members with Kaiser – earn $1,750 from Kaiser Permanente – KP Bonus Flyer
- Total bonus earned = $9,750!
