Quote groups early and early renew with a Q4 rate hold throughout California. Groups can move carriers (even off-cycle) with deductible and out-of-pocket max credits when they switch to Cigna + Oscar and can pair Cigna + Oscar with any carrier and plan type with 3+ enrolled.
