Employers must display this poster about the law at the workplace in a place where employees can easily read it. If an employer’s covered employees do not frequent a workplace, the employer may satisfy the notice requirement by disseminating notice through electronic means.

2022 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Law

California’s new supplemental paid sick leave law requires employers with more than 25 employees to provide up to 80 hours of paid leave for specific COVID-19-related reasons.
