Small Business Group (Includes CalChoice)
- New Broker* Incentive Program:
- For first new group sold, broker will receive $2,000 per group
- For second new group sold, broker will receive $3,000 per group
- For third new group sold, broker will receive $4,000 per group
- New Member Incentive Program:
- Brokers will receive $60 per member

- Brokers will receive 2% of paid premium received for 12 months for new large employer group contract

- For the first new group, broker will receive $1,000 per group
- For the second new group, broker will receive $2,000 per group

- For the fourth new group, broker will receive $4,000 per group
