Blue Shield introduces the Producer Rewards Program effective June 1, 2021, a points-based bonus program that regards you for the outstanding work you do.
Note: Broker agencies must enroll in the program before individual producers within that agency can enroll and begin earning points.

For every sale you make that qualifies for the Small Group Incentive Program, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for the rewards right for you. - Choose your reward
You’ll have access to hundreds of great reward options, such as gift card for your favorite brands, electronics, additions for the home, and more. You can also cash out your points with a Visa gift card. - Keep track of what you’ve earned
With the Producer Rewards Program, it’s easy to stay on top of your point status and find out when you’ve earned new points.
