    • Just one enrolling employee has to be in Cigna + Oscar CA service area
    • DE9C NOT required for groups enrolling 3+ employees
    • Easy slicing: only three eligible Cigna + Oscar enrollees needed
      • 60% overall participation required between the carriers offered by employer and a minimum of 3+ enrolled with Cigna + Oscar
    • Offer up to four plans with no restrictions on plan combination
    • Startups only need 2 weeks of payroll
  • Some things to know ahead of Q4 2022 selling season:
    • New business rate pass for Q4. C+O rates, plans, networks, and Underwriting will remain the same for Q4
    • Competitive EPO and PPO plan benefits and networks both in state and out of state employee options
    • 24/7 no additional cost Virtual Urgent Care (non HSA members)*
    • Each enrolled member has their own dedicated Care Team (including a dedicated nurse)
    • The EPO Local Plus Extended network is also available within the CalChoice portfolio
