All CCSB Certified Agents were emailed a link to register. This reset link will expire and must be used before September 3rd, 2021.
Reset Your Agent Account Registration in 2 Easy Steps
- Check your email for a message from Covered California for Small Business for an email received on September 1, 2021, notifying you to update your account. Click the link inside the email.
- Once you click the link, you’ll be redirected to a webpage where you can update your account information. After, you’ll receive a confirmation notice via email.
Whether or not you have used Ease, please participate in the online survey. Your responses will help us to better understand the business needs of you and your clients. Participants will receive a copy of the final detailed report.
If you did not receive the reset email, check your spam filter before contacting CCSB Customer Service for assistance. If you are unable to access this emailed link before it expires, you can also contact CCSB Customer Service. Small Business Service Center (855) 777-6782.
IMPORTANT: Employer Groups will have 5 days to reset their password. A separate notice will be sent to all active Employer Groups to share this information.

- View real-time account balances and confirm payment receipt online through your MyCCSB.com account. Your Employer Groups can enroll in autopay for added convenience!
- Submit and confirm Employee adds online, which will include NEW expanded functionality for all Employee(s) and/or Dependent(s) enrollments.
- Simplify new Employee enrollment with a helpful support tool, which assists new enrollments with identifying plan options that best fit their needs.
