  • Groups must have 10-99 eligible employees and be situs in California
  • New MetLife Dental cases with 12/1/2018 or 1/1/2019 effective dates
  • MetLife will quote with Out-of-Network at 80th percentile UCR and match all other plan benefits (plan summary and rates must be provided).
  • MetLife will match current broker compensation with verification of current commission.
  • Two quoting options available from MetLife

OPTION 1:

  • 1 Year Rate Guarantee
  • MetLife will quote 10% below current rates
  • 2nd and 3rd year renewal rate cap of 5%

Example: ABC Company with 25 employees has been with Delta for 2 years with current Employee Only rate of $50 and a 12/1/2018 renewal increase of 6% to an Employee Only rate of $53.

  • MetLife Promotion 1st year = $45 Employee Only (10% decrease over current)
  • MetLife Promotion 2nd year = $47.25 Employee Only (5% rate cap)
  • MetLife Promotion 3rd year = $49.61 Employee Only (5% rate cap)

OPTION 2:

  • 2 Year Rate Guarantee
  • MetLife will quote 8% below current rates
  • No 3rd year rate cap

Example: ABC Company with 25 employees has been with Delta for 2 years with current Employee Only rate of $50 and a 12/1/2018 renewal increase of 6% to an Employee Only rate of $53.

  • MetLife Promotion 1st & 2nd years = $46 Employee Only (8% decrease over current guaranteed for 2 years)
