California Department of Fair Employment and Housing Now Offers Free Online CA Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training

The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) now provides FREE online training courses that satisfy the legal training requirements in California for workplace prevention of sexual harassment and abusive conduct (Gov Code 12950.1).

Under California law, all employers of 5 or more employees are required to provide two hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years and one hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to non-supervisory employees once every two years. California law requires this training include practical examples of harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
