Pending Benefits Enabled as a Required Feature in All EaseCentral Portals

On July 2, 2018 EaseCentral enabled Pending Benefits as a required feature on all company portals. Now EaseCentral portals are configured to only display employee elections once the employee has digitally signed their enrollment forms. Employee elections, initiated by the employee, will NOT be displayed on employee records, reports, forms or in Manage Changes until the employee signs their forms in the EaseCentral system.

A message will be displayed on the employee’s profile if there are pending benefits for which the employee has yet to sign. Benefits will show on the employee’s record once they have signed enrollment forms. This functionality improves the reporting in the portal and will display only the records that need action.

Please note, any changes made on behalf of employees by the broker or company administrators will be immediately displayed on reports, forms, employee records and Manage Changes

Employees with pending elections will also be displayed in Manage Changes under the status of Pending-Elections (Not Signed). Note, these changes are for information only and cannot be processed until the employee has signed their forms.
