- Made the Promo Permanent: MediExcel will accept 1 enrolled EE on Plans Platinum 90 and Gold 80
- Eliminated the DE9C requirement for groups with 5+ enrolled EEs
- Standardized Admin Fees: $10 per month for groups with 1-3 enrolled EEs, effective 4/1
- Launched NEW ACH Payment Options
- Added More Urgent Care: a second San Ysidro Health Center location in Chula Vista and South Bay Urgent Care in Imperial Beach
- Increased the minimum requirement to offer two plans to 5 enrolled EEs
- Spa services at Excel are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
